Only 23 transparent ballot boxes delivered to Minsk (photo)
There will be 1649 of them at the parliamentary election in Belarus.
The majority of them will go to the voting stations of Vitsebsk region. The CEC Secretary Mikalaj Lazavik has told Euroradio this:

"On
the whole, there are 27035 ballot boxes at the voting stations. 1649 of them
are transparent: 1264 in Vitsebsk region, 130 in Brest and Mahileu regions. In
other regions there are less".
Lazavik added that there were only 23 transparent ballot boxes in Minsk.
The election to the House of Representatives will take place on September 23. 3% of voters have already participated in the early voting on September 18, the CEC informs.
