Open-air international jazz-festival to take place in Hrodna on June 22-24
Musicians from Belarus and Poland to perform near the New Castle.
The festival "GRODNO JAZZ — 2011 open air" will be held in the city on the river Nioman for the fifth time. The program includes performance of the Hrodna philarmony's orchestra, as well as performances of police's brass band, and the bands "Real Jazzz Band", "Stop Time", "Cherry Jazz" and Polish "Jazzpospolita".
The jazzmen will present traditional jazz and its modern tendencies: funk, swing, fusion, avangard and others. The program includes a workshop session on swing, hustle, salsa dance, and body-art.
A ticket for 1 day of the festival costs 15-20 thousand Br.
