Silent protester’s appeal satisfied by Brest Province Court
Dzmitry Shurhai was sentenced to 7 days of arrest.
The Province Court has cancelled the decision of Brest Moscow District Court today, on July 21. Activist of the steering committee for the creation of Belarusian Christian Democracy Dzmitry Shurhai had to be subjected to administrative responsibility. The case will be reconsidered. “Brest Newspaper” informs about it.
Shurhai stood trial on June 29. He spent seven days in a detention centre.
