The inhabitants of the Pyrenean peninsula have celebrated a brilliant victory over Italy in the final match of Euro-2012 - 4:0.
The result was already predetermined in the first period when the Spanish scored two goals. The first goal was scored during the 14th minute by halfback David Silva. Another goal was scored by fullback Jordi Alba during the 41st minute.
The Italians missed two more goals at the end of the second period - they were scored by Juanfran Torres (84) and Juan Mata (88).
Thus, Spain national team have won the title of the European champion for the second time on end.
