Taxi hits girl and drags her for 34 meters on bonnet (video)
The girl has many fractures and she may become handicapped.
The incident occurred on Tuesday in Hrodna. The 21-year-old taxi-driver knocked down girl at an unsupervised pedestrian crossing, Hrodna driving inspectorate reports. The college student was running towards her boarding house in front of his "Mercedes". The car dragged her on its bonnet for over 30 metres.
The driver has already been punished for 17 violations of the road rules including speeding and not allowing pedestrians to pass before.
The girl is in hospital now, onliner.by reports. Her life is not in danger but the injuries may result in disability.
