"Young Belarus" activist fined after two days of detention
Taras Surhan was summoned to the Railway district police department for a prophylactical conversation on December 31.
When Taras walked out of the police department he was detained by the special police and delivered back. In the end, Surhan was accused of easing himself in a public place.
He spent two days in the pre-trial detention center and stood trial only on January 2. Judge of the Railway district court Tsyhankova fined Taras Surhan for the sum of 70 thousand Belarusian roubles.
