Zmitser Bandarenka signs request for pardon
It happened on February 1. Previously, he was denied to be released on parole despite his poor health condition.
In the end of January, it became known that they had made the confinement conditions for Zmitser Bandarenka in the Mahileu correctional colony No. 15 worse. Zmitser Bandarenka told this in a telephone conversation with his wife Volha on January 29.
Since January 30, he has been forbidden to use a crutch which he needs to lean on while walking. Also, he is not allowed to have comfortable soft footwear. In the daytime, Zmitser Bandarenka is not allowed to lie down - he is supposed to come out to the square for checkings and march in the line, BelaPAN informs.
Zmitser Bandarenka is sentenced to two years of imprisonment in the minimal-security correctional institution for December 19, 2010 events.
