Russia yet to make decision on new loan for Belarus amid integration talks

Russian senior vice PM has told journalists that Russia has not made a decision about a new $600 million credit for Belarus, TASS reports.
The decision may not be taken now and the main goal is to prepare detailed plans of the approved “road map” of deeper integration, the official said.
Belarus asked Russia for a loan needed to refinance earlier debts in February. The Kremlin has tied the credit to integration processes, the Ministry of Finance reported in summer. However, Minsk has already found alternative sources in case Russia does not allocate the credit.
