State Secretary of Security Council: We have stability, not stagnation!
On Tuesday, Leanid Maltsau made a speech at the seminar for the press services of state authorities and regional representatives.
"Don't confuse stagnation and stability. These are different things", - BELTA quotes the State Secretary of the Security Council.
Maltsau also noted that the economic processes in other regions, in particular, in the EU, influence Belarus also. "We should estimate this and take decisions how to grant economic stability, and social stability on its basis, and then - political stability", - Leanid Maltsau said.
