Syamashka on MAZ and KamAZ merger: No sale of shares or change of owner
The Belarusian deputy PM has explained how the Russian and Belarusian enterprises will unite.
According to Uladzimir Syamashka, a Belarusian-Russian holding will be created and it will receive MAZ and KamAZ shares. He is sure that the creation of the holding (it will take a least a month) will allow “to strengthen the potential of the two automotive industry giants and their export potential.”
The idea of selling the shares maybe be discussed “in about five years”, Syamashka noted.
