Training for rescuers to take place at center of Minsk at night
The special tactical training will be held on August 23-24 in the Rebublican Trade Unions' Palace of Culture.
It is located in the Independence Ave near Kastrychnitskaya Square.
The press-office of the Ministry for Emergency Situations notes that the rescuers will study the building and its communications, including the details of the planning, during the training. They will use about 20 units of special equipment. Over 80 people of the personal squad of Minsk harrison of the Ministry for Emergency Situations will take part in the training.
The rescuers ask Minsk residents not to be scared and not to panic, and not to set any obstacles to the training.
The training starts at 4 a.m.
