Trains stranded for three hours by cows in Vitsebsk region
Several dozens of cows paralised the railway for three hours near the village of Stary Tolochin in the Vitebsk region, after they had been scared by wild hogs during the weekend.
The cows were on the railways when a passenger train (Hrodna-Umecha) was passing.
Despite emergency brakes, 18 cows were killed. Rescuers restored the movement of trains after at least three hours.
