Uncollected harvest found by state control committee in Brest region

The agents from the State Control Committee in the Brest region detected fraud as regards the reporting on the completion of harvesting campaign in the Hantsavichy district.  Local district officials had reported long time before to higher authorities that the harvest was coolected. At the same time, the State Control Committee found out that part of potatoes remained in the field and sugar beets were not collected from 20 ha. Maiz was not collected in many farms, either. Straw was not collected from 80 ha of fields. The State Control Committee has promised to open an inquiry against the local district leadership.
