USA urges separatists and Russia to cease fire

Spokesperson for the United States Department of State Jen Psaki has claimed that the United States is worried about the situation near Debaltsevo, Ukraine, and is urging ‘Russia and the separatists it supports’ to cease fire, BBC reports.
Ukrainian troops have been attacked by separatists 129 times in one day, official Kiev claims.
Ukraine is not ready to withdraw heavy artillery from the conflict area because separatists are not sticking to the ceasefire agreement, representative of the anti-terrorist operation Andrei Lysenko claimed earlier.
In his turn, representative of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic Eduard Basurin claimed that Ukrainian troops are using weapons and grenade launchers near Debaltsevo and Logvinov.
