Voters from several streets in Orsha missed out
In Orsha, the residents living on Tselibyev St, Tselik St, Shakmin St and Rynkavy St were deprived of the right to vote. These territories were not included into any constituency. Viasna human rights center describes this as an attempt to rig the lists of voters. Others believe it was just a clinch in the bureacratic system.
