Week-end in Hrodna – holiday of national cultures
A festival of children’s poetry “Green Summer” will be organized for the first time during the 7th festival of national cultures that will take place in Hrodna this weekend. Children will be reciting verses of their peoples on the major stages of Hrodna.
More than 40 events will take place during the holiday. Representatives of about 35 peoples and nationalities living in Belarus will take part in it.
The current leader of the country Alyaksandr Lukashenka has promised to attend the opening ceremony of the event. The city is being shined to be demonstrated “in a new state” because of his visit.
