White-red-white flag in downtown Minsk (photo)
Euroradio listener Hanna Shaputska spots the national white-red-white flag over Stalichny supermarket in the very center of Minsk.
Hanna took the picture at around 2100 local time when she spotted the flag when driving her car on the Independence Avenue. There was no frenzy visible around the site, according to Hanna.
It is yet to be known who could stand behind this act.
