White-red-white flag on main Christmas tree in Vitsebsk
An unplanned decoration -- the white-red-white flag-- appeared on Vitsebsk's main Victory Square.
It is unclear who and how managed to put the flag to such a height. It was removed after 15 minutes by rescuers from the emergencies ministry using a special crane.
According to sources, the flag was raised by legendary Miron in the honor of Orthodox Christmas.
