"Those organizations have no registration [as organizatons]. They comprise of representatives from various organizations. We do not treat them as international organizations and do not issue invitations to them, BelaPAN quotes the top elections official as saying.
Yarmoshyna also stressed that some representatives of those organizations will be able to monitor the election if they are members of the election monitoring missions from CIS and OSCE.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry will send invitations to take part in the election monitoring to the most reputable organizations - CIS, OSCE, the Council of Europe. The Europeam Parliament too is keen to send its observance mission to Belarus, according to the CEC chair.
