Worker breathes in hydrocyanic acid at Polymir factory

Navapolatsk investigators are looking into the incident at the Polymir plant where the worker had been injured.
BELTA reports that the incident occurred in the morning on March 22. Working at the factory, a mechanic hydrocyanic acid and lost consciousness. He collapsed on the floor. He was taken to hospital with a diagnosis of acute cyanide poisoning, closed head injury and minor injuries.
The investigators examined the crime scene and interviewed the victim and the factory administration.
