Military men, families with many children to get preferential housing loans
Servicemen and families with many children will get priority to receive preferential housing credits in 2015, says National Bank head.
Head of the National Bank Nadzeya Yermakova said a meeting with the staff of Municipal Hospital #11 on Thursday.
"Half of the flats will be built for people entitled to benefits next year. The other half will be supported by the state regardless of the lack of cheap credit resources. Citizens will have to pay the rest on their own. The annual interest rate for such people will reach 10-15%. We are hoping that it may become lower with time,” BELTA quotes Nadzeya Yermakova as saying.
“Belarusians are still hoping that their flats will be built by the state,” the head of the National Bank noted.
