Young Front activist’s sentence remains in force
Ex-political prisoner Uladzimir Yaromenak may be imprisoned again at any time.
Minsk City Court has made the decision today. The young man’s appeal for the sentence pronounced by Pershamaiski District Court was rejected. Yaromenak wants to appeal the decision in the Supreme Court but does not believe that it may happen, Radio Liberty reports.
Minsk's Pershamaiski District Court found him guilty of violating the preventive police supervision rules and sentenced him to three months in jail on August 20.
