37% of Internet users fall victims to piracy
Nearly 37% of Internet users in Belarus fall victims to "phone piracy", said Beltelecom, citing the results of a sociological research.

Last year, the Beltelecom's international commutation center received 536 claims from Belarus citizens, complaining about the wrongfully high telephone international call bills.
According to the police IT-crime unit, the Belarusians usually are faced with the amounts of hundreds of dollars for international calls to the Netherlands, New Guinea and Sierra Leone, reports Interfax.
