Action of solidarity with Belarus organized near White House
An action of solidarity with Belarus was held near the White House in Washington on April 2. American Belarusians organized it.
About a hundred people took part in it. They were protesting against the brutal dispersal of a peaceful demonstration in Minsk on Freedom Day. The police detained several hundred people on that day.
