Another case started against political prisoner Mikalai Dzyadok
He is accused of persistent disobedience to the prison administration.
Mikalai Dzyadok was accused of persistent disobedience to the prison administration (p.1 of article 411 of the Criminal Code) on November 20. The state lawyer informed his parents about it. The case was started on November 13. The political prisoner will soon be transferred to a detention centre as a person under investigation.
Dzyadok spent 8 days in the disciplinary cell and was sent to a one-man cell afterwrads, Radio Liberty reports.
The political prisoner was supposed to be released on March 3, 2015. However, the new case may result in a one more year in prison.
Mikalai Dzyadok was sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment for hooliganism directed against official buildings. The political prisoner pled not guilty and refused to plea for mercy. Mikalai Dzyadoik is in Mahilyou prison now.
