Assistant prosecutor leaves note with decision made in advance during recess

The complaint lodged by blogger Andrei Pavuk is being considered in Kastrychnitski Court of Homel Region. He is trying to get the right to attend the planning meetings of Kastrychnitski District Executive Committee and district council sessions. His correspondence with officials brought no result so Pavuk decided to go to court.

The blogger has uploaded to Facebook the photo copy of the document left behind by the assistant prosecutor during a recess. The decision has already been made, he believes. By the look of things, the blogger’s complaint will be denied since there is no ‘legal basis’ for granting it.
