Stepanovka, Donetsk Oblast, has been burnt during a Grad shelling from the Russian territory, Kiev claims.
"Russian missiles hit peaceful Ukrainians houses. They destroyed houses, people’s life and dreams,” the headquarters of the anti-Terrorist Operation reports.
