Average wage goes down in Belarus
It totalled Br6 million 360 thousand in August.
The average wage kept increasing starting from 2014, BelaPAN notes. It increased by 1.3% in February, 6.8% - in March, 1.9% - in April, 3.3% - in May, 2.4% - in June and by 4.1% - in July.
The average wage decreased for the first time in August - by 1.4%. The tendency is observed both in Minsk and the provinces.
The government adopted the law according to which the wages at state enterprises should depend on the production rate increase in July.
