Baranavichy library refuses from fast “American” Internet

Baranavichy Valyantsin Taulai library has refused from fast Internet in the so-called “American corner”. The US Embassy used to pay for the access to the Internet on two PCs.
The prepaid term has ended and Americans wanted to allocate another sum of money for it but the library suddenly claimed that it did not need such a service.
