Baumgertner’s lawyers want to meet Attorney General

The Republican Bar told BELAPAN about I referring to lawyer Hanna Slavina, one of the three Belarusian lawyers defending the Russian businessman.

 Vladislav Baumgertner’s lawyers lodged a few complaints to the Investigation Committee, head of Minsk City Court and Minsk Prosecutor last week. They also sent a complaint to the Attorney General. The lawyers are planning to advance arguments in support of their client’s interests at a meeting with the administration of the General Prosecutor’s Office.

 The lawyers are supposed to receive a reply by the beginning of the next week.
