Belarus Information Ministry restricts access to five sites
It has been done for violation of the law on advertising.
For violating the law on advertising, the Ministry of Information has limited access to five sites - www.bizator.by, www.ekomok.by, www.ilotok.by, www.localmart.by, www.slanet.by. These measures were taken at the request of the Ministry of Commerce. Officials found that these sites had regularly promoted illegal advertising of medicines.
It is reported that the dissemination of such information is prohibited under Article 38 of the law "On mass media".
Recently the Ministry of Information restricted access to the site kyky.org.
