Belarusfilm translates 'Green Book' into Belarusian in record time

Belarusfilm Studio has translated Peter Green's film “Green Book” which recently won an Oscar into Belarusian. The film was awarded in three nominations - Best Film, Best Supporting Actor, Best Original Screenplay.
They were able to translate the movie in record time -- in four shifts (one shift is 13 hours of continuous recording).
Tony "Tony Lip" Vallelonga, played by Viggo Mortensen, was dubbed by an actor of the Minsk TYuZ Ihar Sidorchyk. The voice of Dr. Don Shirley, performed by Mahershala Ali, belongs to the actor and director of the National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus Aleh Vinyarsky. The wife of the driver was dubbed by the actress of the Minsk Youth Theater Lyudmila Asmalouskaya.
The audience will be able to see the picture in the Belarusian dubbing in the local cinemas on March 8. It will be shown for a whole month.
