Belarusian MFA: Baumgertner's detention lies within legal field
Head of the information department, spokesman of the MFA Andrei Savinykh has made such statement.
According to him, as BELTA quotes, "it is necessary to realize that the situation lies within the legal field".
Savinykh reminded that the question was about a considerable damage to the economic interests of Belarus. Therefore, the Investigatory Committee, being led by the principle of independence, started a criminal case and took the decision on detention of Vladislav Baumgertner, explained the diplomat.
Savinykh urged not to make the case of the Russian businessman political.
