Belarusian rafter dies in Sochi
A Belarusian sportsman died while rafting along the Mzymta near Sochi (Krasnodar Region). The tragedy took place on May 7.
According to “Interfax”, the raft turned over during a training race of the Belarusian team and one of the sportsmen did not come up.
Such incidents are rather common on the Mzymta because the mountain river is very dangerous at high water.
