Belarus special forces 'parachute' in Dushanbe
The military are taking part in sudden inspection of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces of the CSTO.
Belarusian military have arrived in Tajikistan. Dushanbe airport became the destination point for an operative group of the Belarus Ministry of Defence and officers allocated in the command of the Collective Rapid Reaction Force. Along with them came some of the forces of the 103rd Guards separate mobile brigade (Vitsebsk), Belarus special operations forces.
According to BelTA, the military are involved in the unexpected inspection of combat readiness of the Collective Rapid Reaction Force. It unites more than 2,500 military personnel (500 of them - from Russia), about 200 pieces of weapons and military equipment and about 20 units of military aviation. Transportation of the manpower and equipment involves 30 aircraft of military transport aviation.
