“Belarusian Week” dated for 90th anniversary of BPR starts in Strasbourg
"Belarusian Week" dated for the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian People’s Republic has started in Strasbourg tonight. The official programme of the action started with demonstration of a film by Yury Hashchvatski “Belarus – Back to Europe”.
The first day of the action includes an exposition of works of artists Ales Marachkin and Ryhor Sitnitsa, photographers Ihar Kraseuski and Yuliya Darashkevich, a performance of the band of Zmitser Vaitsyushkevich "WZ Orchestra". A discussion “Independent Belarus - an inseparable part of Europe” will take place on March 12.
"Belarusian Week" has been organized by the biggest group in the European Parliament – The European People’s Party/European democrats with the help of the American International Republican Institute, informs BelaPAN.
