Strangers have tried blowing up the stele with the national flag of Ukraine.

A blasting assembly exploded neat the stele, Kharkiv Office of the Public Prosecutor reports. Part of the stele was damaged. The windows in the medical university in Pravda Avenue were also broken by the blast wave.
Investigators are working on the spot. Experts have collected some evidence and sent it to an expertise.
The blasting assembly type has not been defined yet. The investigation is in process.
