Brest Spring holds sevenths founding congress

Human rights activists in the Brest region has tried for the seventh time to get legalized. Over the weekend, they held the seventh founding congress in order to begin the procedure of official registration of the Brest Spring public association, Uladzimir Vyalichkin from Brest told Euroradio. The organization has tried to obtain a legal status since 2004 but it has been denied registration on formalities, Mr Vyalichkin said.
