Brussels to discuss possible sanctions against Ukraine authorities
The EU Political and Security Committee will meet today in connection with the situation in Ukraine.
The EU Ministers will discuss possible sanctions in Brussels tomorrow.
Polish PM Donald Tusk commented on it:
"I will urge the heads of the EU member states and European institutions to introduce the sanctions that were timidly discussed in Europe earlier. The sanctions should affect the people responsible for the disaster Ukrainians are going through now. I mean targeted and financial sanctions. I am hoping that Poland’s position will help the European Union make its decision quicker.”
