CEC received 74 complaints during early vote

The Central Election Commission received 74 complaints in the early vote week, CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna told STV. 

"Human stupidity will always exist. Organizers make mistakes too. We received 74 written complaints in the early vote week. Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of the complaints are farfetched,” the official said. 

The complaints are being considered now, she added. If the CEC cannot reply to a complaint, it gets sent to territorial commissions.
