Computer, mobile phone and USB-drives confiscated from Mihas Bashura
KGB representatives visited the apartment of the writer and editor Mihas Bashura at 2 p.m. on December 28.
Only his 10-year-old daughter was at home and she did not open the door to the people she didn't know. Bashura's wife arrived immediately from her work.
The KGB men showed her their certificates and asked where her husband was, she answered he wasn't at home. They showed her the search warrant in response to that. The search lasted for 3 hours.
As a result they confiscated his daughter's laptop, 2 hard drives, flash-drives, memory cards, sim-cards, a mobile phone, and also Mihas Bashura's personal and working documents. They also confiscated his Belarusian PEN-center membership certificate.
