Ukraine protests: Maidan barricades to stay till January 28
The Kyiv City Hall files a demand with Kyiv's Pecherski district court to free the traffic way and the pavements in the central Independence Square.
The court hearing began in the evening of December 16, reports liga.net. Judge Victoria Harkavaya announced a break till 2 p.m., January 28, 2014 "due to working hours expiration".
The tent camp has been in Maidan of independence stays for nearly a month by now. It was set right after the Ukrainian authorities refused to sign an Association Agreement with the EU at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius.
