Driving inspectorate delayed Kazulin’s car for 20 minutes, a protocol is drawn up against the driver
A political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin has troubles trying to return to the colony “Vitsba-3” from Minsk. The car with him and his friends and relatives was detained by the driving inspectorate. That is what Syarhei Skrabets said during his phone call to ERB:
"We were stopped near the Barrow of Glory. They made us wait for 20 minutes. Kazulin got out and said he was hurrying back to the colony because he was a prisoner. The senior lieutenant Tryhubovich answered that there was no need hurrying there. A protocol was drawn up against the driver and he got a remark in his driving license. It could be seen that another person was sitting in the police car and that person was giving orders to the senior lieutenant. They let us go 20 minuets later”.
According to Skrabets, two cars are following their car. He thinks that special police troops members are in the cars.
