Dzhokhar Tsarnayev pleads not guilty
The Boston terrorist act case has been brought before the United States Federal Court.
The suspect, Chechen by birth Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, has pled not guilty to all the 30 charges, Interfax.by reports.
Tsarnayev is accused of 30 crimes including four murders. 3 of them were committed during the blasts at the marathon in Boston on April 15 and the fourth one was the murder of a guard.
He is facing the death penalty or life imprisonment for 17 charges. Capital punishment will be demanded for Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, representatives of the U.S. Ministry of Justice claimed earlier.
