Entrepreneurs given another extension until January 1, 2016

Sole proprietors will be able to sell clothes and shoes without documents confirming their purchase until January 1, 2016. At the request of Lukashenka, Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kabyakou announced the outcome of his meeting with entrepreneurs gathered at the entrance to the mall.
He also said that 2015 will see VAT increases, BelaPAN reports. This will be done gradually, in three steps. The exact dates of the tax increase are not yet known.
"The government wanted a tougher version of the decree, but we heard you. We do not need to kill you economically. We want to get you to a civilized market," said Alyaksandr Lukashenka to entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs are primarily concerned about the changes in legislation. They are required to only sell light industry goods with certificates of the Customs Union. This rule should have already come into force on March 1, but was it postponed. According to the entrepreneurs, the requirement to have certificates will make their business unprofitable.
