EP prepares strict resolution with sanctions on Ukraine
The situation in Ukraine was discussed in the European Parliament on Wednesday.
A joint resolution project was created. The European Parliament is going to urge the EU member states to impose personal sanctions on Ukrainian officials, lawmakers and oligarchs connected with the dispersal of Maidan in Kiev last year and this year’s deaths of activists, Urkainskaya Pravda reports.
The voting on the document consisting of 22 paragraphs will be held on Thursday, February 6.
