EU allocates €63 thousand for Ukraine refugees in Belarus
The assistance will be distributed by means of meal tickets.
The European Commission has allocated 63 thousand euro for the inhabitants of East Ukraine who had to flee to Belarus because of the military conflict.
About 2400 people will get the humanitarian aid, AFN refers to the EU representative office in Ukraine. 1200 of them have crossed the border recently.
The assistance will be allocated by means of meal tickets. Furthermore, the food supply for refugees will be increased.
