The shock wave broke windows in buildings situated a few kilometers away, BBC reports. The blast probably occurred because a shell had hit the territory of the plant. Fortunately, no poisonous substances have been emitted, some sources report.
The clashes in East Ukraine continue despite the truce signed in Minsk on September 5.
