Hotel Hrodna sold to Chinese investors for $3 million
Chinese investors have bought the 16-storey hotel Hrodna at an auction for 63 billion roubles (3 million dollars), BELTA reports.
The trade and industry company Tuan Sheng from Gansu is the new owner of the hotel. The hotel reconstruction project will be ready soon.
Hrodna is becoming more and more attractive for Chinese tourists, the company CEO noted. The Investors are hoping to attract more compatriots to the Belarusian city.
