Hungarian company releases sketch of National Stadium in Minsk (Photo)

Hungarian architectural firm 4D Architects has published sketches of the National Football Stadium in Minsk, planned for construction in the park of the 50th anniversary of October. Director of the firm involved in the competition, Jozsef Coso told Euroradio details of the project.

"We understand the complexities of competing with the Chinese company, but we have come up with a concept that cannot be beaten. As a basis we used a stadium in Debrecen, built last year and which received recognition in the world," says the director of the organization.

Mr Coso also said that the construction cost will be 81 million euros. The main role of the general contractor was given to the Belarusian company that can also compete on its proposals with foreign builders, tribuna.com reports.
